Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of AIntOps. By using the waitlist, the beta, or the product, you agree to them.
1. The service
AIntOps is an AI cost intelligence platform that connects to third-party LLM provider accounts (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral) that you authorize, and provides monitoring, analytics, anomaly detection, and optimization recommendations on your usage and spend.
2. Beta status
AIntOps is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves. We will do our best to communicate material changes to active users and waitlist members in advance.
3. Your account and credentials
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- Any third-party API keys you connect must be ones you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for all usage and charges incurred on your underlying provider accounts — AIntOps does not bill on behalf of, or control the pricing of, third-party LLM providers.
- You may disconnect a provider or delete your account at any time; doing so removes our access to that provider's API on your behalf.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data or account; (b) reverse-engineer or resell the service without written permission; (c) use the service to process data you are not legally permitted to process; or (d) interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your account data, including your connected usage and cost data. We process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it to train models.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned incidents may occasionally affect the service. Beta users should not treat AIntOps as their sole source of truth for financial or compliance reporting without independent verification.
7. Pricing and free tier
Where a free or discounted early-access tier is offered, its scope and duration are as described at signup and may be adjusted going forward, with notice to affected users. Paid tiers, once introduced, will be billed as described at the time of purchase.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." Cost figures, anomaly alerts, and optimization recommendations are estimates based on the data available to us and are provided for informational purposes — they do not replace your own financial review processes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIntOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify active users directly.
